 I'm a 41 year old gay male who is on an amazing path of spiritual growth and self discovery. Two years ago I would have never even envisaged myself typing that. Life has its interesting way of taking us on our journeys - when we're ready for them.
On top of my day job - working for a national public service union in Canada, I now teach yoga (classic hatha/ashtanga tradition), and am just starting a wellness consultancy.
As my heart has opened with a lot of inner work over this two year period, I've also found love in my life...after all these years...and it's wonderful.
I've learned that finding a connection with Self has enabled me to move to a place of security and understanding, allowing me to let go of much of my inner pain.
My path is that of a healer. I will expand and explore this path for the rest of my life working with others to assist them in their journeys.
